PMM Weekly Update EP2

What a week huh (actually its two weeks)

The most intensive thing happened is Surface FY22 Partner Kickoff event, due to the pandemic restrictions in Taiwan, that usually we will find a venue, like a fancy hotel, however this year we still have to go online.

As an intern in the same segment and now as a PMM, I’ve been through FY20、FY21、FY22 three years of kickoff, the FY20 is my first participation, then FY21 I am the owner of the event, with my supervisors support, the event went by both virtual and physical events.

This year, FY22, is the first year that I am in charge of the whole event, not just an event owner but also internal coordinator. Eventually with 250 attendees.

Key Learnings:

1. Is the plan overview cover all aspects?
2. Put myself in others’ shoes, don’t take your experience and capability as normal
3. Multitasking needs tool to manage, not just your brain
